Vessel Walkthrough
******THIS VESSEL IS NOT FOR SALE TO U.S. CITIZENS IN U.S. WATERS******
This vessel has a total of 4 Staterooms including crews quarters, laundry room, the "pump room" and four heads all located on the lower deck. The master stateroom is aft and is full beam width. It has three ample closets and numerous drawers for storage. The queen bed is on the centerline. There is a large head forward to starboard that offers two sinks set in granite counter tops and a full-size tub with glass shower enclosure. A full entertainment system is built in forward directly across from the bed. The "Twin Cabin" is next moving forward and to port. It has two twin beds, a double closet and drawers. The in-suite head is quite large with a shower. Ample room exists in this cabin between the beds. It is very spacious and comfortable. The "VIP" stateroom is next moving forward and to port as well. It has a queen size bed, ample storage space, and private head with shower. The crew’s quarters are all the way forward. It has two bunks to starboard, a private head with shower and a spacious living area with desk and double closet. Typically a crew’s quarters of this caliber is not found in boats under 85 to 90 feet. All cabins have ample lighting, TV's and are tastefully decorated. Also there is a laundry room with a Maytag full size stacked washer and dryer and a laundry sink plus storage. Additionally the pump room contains the water/maker, twin hot water heaters, ships water pumps, storage and supplies. Both the laundry room and the pump room are to starboard. The main deck offers a huge salon contiguous to a spacious and open galley. The pilothouse is both attractive and highly functional with excellent visibility. It has a settee and table which can easily seat six. The engine room is unique in that it is all the way aft and is entered via a doorway in the aft starboard corner of the saloon. The ultimate benefit of this configuration is this provides for contiguous space for all staterooms.
